Haspa is a member of the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks (vdp). It fulfils all requirements for Pfandbrief issuers required by the Pfandbrief Act and has received permission to conduct Pfandbrief business from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
