Special and syndicated transactions
The clients of our "Special Transactions" department are property developers and institutional investors, such as real estate equity and fund management companies. Our focus is on major commercial property developments and portfolio financing. In select cases we also offer this for operator-managed real estate, for instance in the areas of retail, the hotel trade, logistics and care.
Our syndicated transactions with savings banks, regional banks and business banks are offered as part of property developments and building contractor measures, for portfolio financing in the residential and commercial sector as well as for renovation measures and land purchases. In select cases we can also support our clients throughout Germany in other metropolises.
